The past few weeks I have been making a new preschool video for families. Of course Greyson and Landry have been doing it with me (one of the biggest changes to my job since I started, but also one of the best!) As we hopped from classroom to classroom Greyson jumped right in and I came to understand, with a new appreciation what a parent feels like whose child attends our programs. We provide a safe, loving environment that gives kids the opportunity to open their heart to hear the life changing message of Jesus Christ. As a parent I was overjoyed to see Greyson succeed in the classroom with the other children. I loved watching the teachers being completely present, involved, communicating and learning about each child. Praise God for the people he is calling into this ministry to continue to share the Gospel.

Sonshine Christian Preschool
It is hard to believe that I have been working at Kodiak Baptist Mission for nine whole years . . . I don't feel this old at all. I do though find it incredibly amazing that I really did hear correctly from God. Today I feel even more passion and sense of ministry to the Mission than I did as a young college graduate. Sure a lot has changed but I daily see how the Lord is using this little mission on a little island surrounded by a huge ocean to spread the amazing life changing message of Jesus Christ.
