When the weather is nice there is no limit to what we can get out and do in Kodiak. The silver salmon were coming in strong up the river and had fun catching fish.
The boys spend most of their days outside playing around our "farm" and keeping busy.
When we went to drop off Salmon we had fun watching a local rancher doing things almost the old fashioned way. Growing up when we ran all of our calves through to be given shots and castrated it was a slick processes. We'd run them through the shoot, flip them to the side and take care of business. We also had many more calves than this rancher did. But they would rope the calves bring them in flip them, give shots, take care of business and brand them. It was fun to watch for sure.
